Here Are Some Events, Organizations and Charities We Help Support.

The Kiwanis Club of Glendora works to raise funds for local charities and community youth programs. We also provide scholarships funds to graduating high school seniors. Our members volunteer and assist with many of the community organizations and functions that make the great city of Glendora the pride of the foothills. Glendora Flashback Classic Car Show

This annual community event draws thousands of people. Contestants are charged an entry fee. Spectators also pay a small admission fee. Proceeds generated from this non-profit event go towards scholarships and supporting community charity organizations.

Glendora Halloween Carnival

Each year our clubs members along with Glendora High School Key Club members sell and serve food to patrons. The proceeds raised go towards scholarships and supporting community charity organizations.

Casino Night

Our annual Casino Night brings supporters, sponsors, and community members together for an amazing evening of food and drink, live casino action, and spectacular live and silent auctions. All proceeds raised go towards scholarships and supporting community charity organizations.

Shepherds Pantry's mission is to provide food, resources and services from a faith-based perspective to those in need. We value the dignity of all individuals and strive to promote their independence.

Shoes That Fit tackles one of the most visible signs of poverty in America by giving children in need new athletic shoes to attend school with dignity and joy, prepared to learn, play, and thrive.

Since 2009, Citrus College has provided a veterans center to support veterans' educational goals. The Veterans Success Center is dedicated to supporting the transition from military to academic pursuits.

La Fetra Center provides programs, services, and activities to active adults over the age of 18 for residents and non-residents alike. Some programs, such as the Nutrition and Meals on Wheels programs.

Born out of the need to help Glendorans, the Glendora Welfare Association was created in 1958 as a one-time emergency service entity for residents of Glendora.  Help could look like rental assistance, gift cards for food, assistance with utility payments, gas cards and in addition, referral information to other services that are available throughout the community.
